Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in.
50% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made 14 to 7 days before check-in.
70% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made 6 to 2 days before check-in.
100% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made 1 day before, on the day of check-in, or in case of no-show.

Weather-Related Cancellation Policy

If rain is expected, we will contact you in advance to discuss possible cancellations or rescheduling. Please rest assured that all cancellations due to rain are free of charge.

If strong winds or severe weather warnings are anticipated, we will also reach out beforehand to discuss changes or cancellations to your reservation.

Cancellation by Magichour Camp

 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or severe weather, Magichour Camp may be required to cancel your booking.

In such cases, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

If such a situation occurs, we will notify you at least 3 days in advance.
